Year 2035

Imagine with me that we are starting 2035, you are sitting on your chair and you are surrounded by friends, your children and maybe your grandchildren, and you are telling them about the important memories and events that happened in your life over the years.

What is the big and important event that is going to happen in your life in 2019, the one that you are going to mention and talk about in details?

Are you planning to do something special, a special ministry, a movement in your spiritual life that never happened before, to highlight the year 2019?

Or imagine you wanting to tell them about a unique event in your life, but this event is big enough that you cant remember the year it happened in.

The year that I did this thing…

The year that I did this ministry..

The year that I took a huge leap of faith 

Friends, 2019 just begun, and you still have lots of time ahead of you, to fix things in your life, to reorient decisions in your life or to change some facts that you have moved with you from the previous year.

How about you rewrite what you wrote in this life but in “reverse”? That means imagine that you are sitting and planning for the big and important changes in your life throughout 2019, because, you are dreaming that in year 2035 you will be there with some friends, your children and maybe your grandchildren, and you are going to tell them about what you are going to do this year, ask the Lord to be part of your life and, he will be, listen to what he says: “and those that seek me early shall find me.” (pro 8/17). Consider that the “early” mentioned in the verse refers to the beginning of the year.

seek the Lord early – in the beginning of the year – and ask for his help, because, he will come and change 2019 with you.

عام 2035

تـخيّل معي أننا الآن نبدأ العام 2035، وأنك تـجلس على كرسي يتجمّع حوله بعض الأصدقاء والأولاد وربما الأحفاد ، بينما تُـحدّثهم ببعض الذكريات والأحداث الكبيرة التي جرتْ بحياتك.

ما الحدث المميّز والكبير الذي سيمرّ بحياتك خلال العام 2019، ستذكره لهم وتسترسل بتفاصيله؟

هل تخطط لعمل فريد، لخدمة فريدة، لنقلة في حياتك الروحية لم تحدث من قبل، لِتُلوِّن بها عام الـ 2019؟

أو تـخيّل معي أنك تُريد إخبارهم بحدث لـم يـَجرِ مثله في حياتك، وتنقله لهم، لكنك لن تذكر رقم السنة (2019)، فالحدث أكبر مِن أنْ يُسمى برقم، بل السنة تُسمى بذلك الحدث الفريد.

في السنة التي قمتُ فيها بعمل كذا...

في السنة التي أنجزتُ فيها الخدمة...

في سنة النهضة الروحية الكبرى في حياتي...

صديقي، ما يزال عام 2019 بأيامه الأولى، أي ما يزال أمامك الوقت لتُعدِّل وتُغيّر وتُعِيد توجيه كثيرا مِن أمور حياتك، ومِنَ الـمُسلَّمات التي لا قيمة لها التي نقلتها معك مِن العام الفائت.

ما رأيك إذاً أنْ نُعِيدَ كتابة ما كَتبتُهُ حتى الآن بـ "المقلوب"؟ يعني هكذا:

تـخيّل معي أنك قرّرت الليلة أنْ تـجلس وتـُخطط لتغييرات جوهرية في حياتِك خلال هذا العام 2019، لأنك تـَحلم أنْ تـَجلس عام 2035 مع بعض الأصدقاء والأولاد وربما الأحفاد لتخبرهم عمّا ستفعله هذا العام!

اطلب مِنَ الرب تدخلا، وهو سيفعل. اسمع ما يقوله: "الذين يبكرون إليّ يجدونني".

فكّر بهذا "البكير" على أنـه يُشير إلى بداية السنة. إذهب إليه باكرا – بأول أيام السنة – واطلب معونة، فسيَحضُرُ ويُغِـيـّر معك العام 2019.
