"Trump": The Annoying Truth
It seems that the American election is both the most colourful and odd election at the same time. Not many will argue that Trump’s statements are the reason for that. However, what is it in his statements that is causing all the worry and anxiety between and within Americans?
It looks like this new politician is causing problems for himself because he speaks some of the truths that people don’t like to tell publicly.
Americans, and the west in general, are very upset and angry at political speeches that contain such issues, while at the same time they are under the very real burden of these issues within their communities. The American democracy is obliging them not to address it openly, but why?
Why do newspapers talk daily about the difficulties that homosexuals are facing in Bangladesh, yet no one mentions how the main principles in Islam are used to incite violence and rejection of others?
Why is the media so very busy, every year, talking about savage the annual dog-meat festival in China is, but no one mentions the dirty money that Saudi Arabia is spending in Europe and North America to encourage women to put on Hijab or hide their faces by veils? Are these actions not destroying the simplest principles of human rights, and the equity between men and women?
Why can media talk about bad regimes like in Korea, Iran, Cuba and others, but no one can mention that most terrorist activities were planned and implemented by people who are Muslim extremists? Or that Saudi Arabia, in particular, and the Gulf countries, in general, are the main supporters of terrorist organizations like ISIS, Taleban and Muslim Brotherhood?
Agree or disagree, what Trump does is to speak the truth that no one likes to address publicly! Which make it too harsh and unacceptable!
Therefore, I ask, is it now time for this community to start discussing some of its problems, ones that have been buried under the sand for long time?
